摘  要:目的 研究电磁辐射 (EMR)对大鼠血脑屏障 (BBB)的影响。方法 采用伊文思蓝静脉注射 ,荧光显微镜下观察不同参数的 EMR诱发大鼠 BBB的开放情况。结果 伊文思蓝在 EMR诱发的大鼠 BBB开放局部呈现荧光斑 ;随着 EMR场强 (0~ 4 0 0 k V/ m )增加 ,荧光斑数量增加、面积增大 ;荧光斑在 EMR组的全脑的分布 ,以皮质、丘脑、下丘脑、小脑、尾壳核和延髓较多。结论  EMR可诱发大鼠 BBB开放 (血管通透性增强 ) ,以 4 0 0 k V/ m时最为明显 ,皮质区Objective To investigate the effect of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) on rat brain blood barrier. Methods With evans blue (EB) injected to the rat by intravenous injection, then the effect was observed through fluorescent microscope. Results EB formed fluorescent faculae in brain where the BBB permeability had changed; the number and area of fluorescent faculae increased with EMR intensity (0~400 kV/m). Fluorescent faculae in the EMR groups were distributed in sequence over the rat brain, especially in cerebral cortex, thalamus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, caudate putamen and medulla oblongata. Conclusions EMR can induce the change of rat BBB permeability, when EMR intensity is 400 kV/m, the change is the most obvious, the cerebral BBB permeability changed more than others.
