摘　　要：随着国有商业银行省以下分支机构层次的减少和业务的收缩,在县域金融体系中,农村信用社呈现出日益明显的金融产品替代趋势。无论对区域经济还是区域金融而言,已经并且还将产生内涵极其丰富的影响。对此,本文就其替代的趋势、环境、能力和背景等进行了跟踪考察,并基此提出农村信用社金融服务定位调整问题和相应的完善方略。Accompanied by the withdrawal of state - owned commercial bank from county-level financial market, rural credit cooperatives' (RCCs) substitution effect is significant. This paper analyzes the trend and cause of this substitution, based on which, this paper shows the function definition of RCCs. It is also put forward that ownership reform, bad loan resolution and settlement system are three major takes for RCC reform.
