加味四逆散对脂肪肝患者降脂作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨加味四逆散对脂肪肝伴高脂血症患者的治疗作用。方法　将 73例脂肪肝伴高脂血症患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 43例给予加味四逆散治疗 ,对照组 30例给予东宝肝泰片治疗 ,两组均以 1个月为 1个疗程 ,总疗程均为 2个月。在两组患者治疗前后分别观察临床症状 ,检测血胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及血黏度。结果　治疗组临床总有效率为 93 .0 2 % ,对照组为 76 .67% ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　加味四逆散可明显改善脂肪肝伴高脂血症患者临床症状。Objective It is to explore the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sini Pulvi s (JWSNP) on fatty liver (FL) patient with hyperlipaemia. Methods 73 patients wi th FL and hyperlipaemia were randomized into treatment group and control group. 43 patients in treatment group were treated with JWSNP and 30 patients in contro l group were treated with Dongbao Gantai tablet. The treatment course of both gr oups was two months. The clinical effect and the level of blood cholesterol, tri glyleride, high density lipoprotein and blood viscosity were observed respective ly before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treated group was 93.02% and that of control group was 76.67%. The difference between two gro ups was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion JWSNP can significa ntly improve the cli nical symptom, the level of blood lipid and viscosity in FL patients with hyperl ipaemia.
