摘　　要：利用NAK80模具钢作为被加工工件 ,通过实验和理论分析的方法探索了电火花混粉加工的机理 ,为加工参数的优化及建立电火花混粉加工专家系统提供了实验依据和技术基础。In the paper, NAK80 mould steel was used as the work piece. In this case, the mechanism of powder mixed EDM was studied through using the methods of the experiment and theory analysis. All the study supply the experiment guidance and technology bases for the optimization of the process parameters and the construction of the powder mixed EDM expert system.
