摘　　要：针对齿轮的脉冲电化学光整加工的实际特点 ,设计了一套基于上下位机结构的微机控制系统。首先阐述了工艺的控制原理 ,然后介绍了系统的结构组成和软件模块的设计 。This paper designs a microcomputer control system based of upper and lower structure for pulse electrochemical polishing gear process. The paper introduces the control principle of the technique.Then intrdouces the structure of system and designing of soft module. At last expatiates controlling stepping motor and the communication technique between microcomputers.
