摘　　要：介绍了结合当今先进的在系统编程技术设计的一种电话程控交换机,其最大特点是可以根据用户的需求随时修改交换机的功能,克服了一般交换机由于采用固定的硬件电路而不能灵活地改变逻辑功能的限制,具有较强的实用性、灵活性和可扩展性,代表着新型电话交换机的一种发展方向.Here we introduce a way to make a telephone exchanger, which takes the advantages of the advanced technology of in system programming. The most important property of the exchanger is the revision of the function, whenever necessary according to the demands of the users. So it is more practical, more flexible and more extensible. It will lead the way of the development.
