摘　　要：XTR105、XTR112、XTR114是美国Burr-Brown公司在传感器领域推出的用于RTD的两线制专用集成变送电路 ,这个电路的突出优点是可以对Pt电阻中的二次项进行线性化补偿。The XTR105, XTR112 and XTR114 are monolithic 4-20mA, two-wire current transmitters which mainly apply to RTD and were produced by BB. Versatile linearization circuitry provides a 2nd-order correction to the RTD. Their principle and application in integrative temperature transmitter are introduced in the paper.
