摘　　要：介绍了近年来 β - 1,2 -trans-氨基糖苷合成过程中使用邻基参与性的氨基保护基 ,描述了不同氨基保护基保护的糖基给体在糖苷化反应中实现立体选择性控制的机理以及它们所保护的糖基给体的应用。In this paper, the popular amino-protecting groups belonging to participating groups used in the sythesis of 2-amino-2-deoxy-β-D-glycopyranoside are introduced. The mechanisms to obtain the steroselectivity using these donors during the formation of β-glycosides bonds are demonstrated.The present uses of amino sugar derivatives employing these amino-protecting agents are described.
