摘  要:介绍由计算机控制的高温耐火材料抗折实验仪控制系统的设计、组成环节、功能及应用效果。该系统是检验和测定高温耐火材料抗折压力的一套全部由计算机控制的测控设备 ,是 2 0 0 1年 10月为鞍钢中板耐火厂设计研制的 ,现已在鞍钢中板耐火厂投入使用。在对连铸生产过程使用的高温耐火材料产品的测试应用中 ,对不同抗折压力的试样作了大量实验 ,应用效果良好。系统工作稳定 ,控温精度高 ,抗干扰能力强 :机械传动及其控制电路运行可靠 ;软件工作稳定 。Introduction design links function and application result of high temperature fireproof material anti-snapped experiment instrument by computer controlling.The system is an observing and controlling instrument whick is used to examine and measure the strength for resisting of high temperature fireproof material with the help of a computer.It was designed and produced for An Gang in Oct.2001.It is now put into practice in the factoty.After doing a number of examinations which proved it to be capable to do with different types of the Anti-snapped stress on High Temperature Fireproof Material,it was found that the result was quite fine.The examinations were operated in the testing application of the high temperature fireproof material which was used in the continue casting production.The system runs steadily,and the precision of the temperature controlling is high.the anti-disturbing ability is also good.Mechanical motion and its controlling circuit are credible.The sftware also runs continuously.The GUI is agile and easily-meastered.
