摘  要:称取甘肃棘豆粉 2 0 0 g,变异黄芪粉 2 0 0 g,茎直黄芪粉 171g,毛瓣棘豆粉 174 g,冰川棘豆粉 2 0 0 g,甲醇渗漉 ,回收甲醇 ,浸膏用 1m ol/ L HCl溶解 ,过阳离子交换柱 ,洗脱液 75℃水浴挥干 ,残留物先用甲醇溶解 ,回收甲醇后再用氨性氯仿溶解 ,回收氯仿 ,分别得到总生物碱 2 14、117.5、75 .4、33.1、10 .5 mg。甲醇溶解总生物碱与苦马豆素标准品 ,定量点样于硅胶板 ,显色后薄层扫描得出甘肃棘豆、变异黄芪、茎直黄芪、毛瓣棘豆和冰川棘豆中苦马豆素的含量分别为0 .10 6、0 .0 30、0 .0 5 3、0 .0 32、0 .0 2 0 mg/ g。Percolated powder of O.kansuensis Bunge,A.variabilis Bunge,A.strictus Grah.ex Benth,O.sericopetala C.E.C.,Fisch and O.glacialiis Benth in methanol.The residue following evaporated of the methanol was dissolved in 1 mol/L HCl and applied to a strong cation-exchange resin and eluted with 1 mol/L NH 3·H 2O.The residue was dissolved in ammoniated chloroform after collecting and concentrating the eluted solution.The chloroform was retrieved to afford the crude alkaloid 214,117.5,75.4,33.1,10.5 mg respectively.Dissolved the crude alkaloid and standard sample of swainsonine in methanol.Dropped the solution on silica gel plates quantitatively and developed,then spayed with Ehrlich′s reagent,swainsonine became visible as purple spot.Scanning the spot,the content of swainsonine in O.kansuensis Bunge,A.variabilis Bunge,A.strictus Grah.ex Benth,O.sericopetala C.E.C.,Fisch and O.glacialiis Benth was afford to be 0.106,0.030,0.053,0.032,0.020 mg/g respectively.
