摘  要:从 2个不同地点奶牛场临床分离鉴定出奶牛临床型乳腺炎的病原菌 ,其中链球菌、葡萄球菌为主要病原菌。以试管二倍稀释法测定 14种抗菌药物对临床分离病原菌的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC) ,以恩诺沙星 (≤ 0 .0 6~ 1m g/ L )、环丙沙星 (≤ 0 .0 6~ 2 mg/ L)及阿莫西林的 MIC较低。以青霉素 +链霉素为对照 ,选择恩诺沙星、阿莫西林、克拉维酸合剂 (4∶ 1)、阿莫西林作临床疗效试验。结果证明 :0 .5 %阿莫西林 (2 0 0 mg) +克拉维酸 (5 0 mg)合剂 (4∶ 1)溶液 5 0 m L乳房灌注 ,每天 2次 ,平均疗程 3.6 d,对临床型乳腺炎有较好疗效。The pathogens that caused mastitis included Streptococcus agalactiae,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus uberis,Staphylococus aureu,Streptococcus pyogenes,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Corynebactorium pseudo-tuberculosis,but the Streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus were the major pathogens(66.7%) in the two dairy farms.In vitro sensitivity test showed that the MICs were as follows:ciprofloxacin≤0.06-2 mg/L,enrofloxacin≤0.06-1 mg/L,danofloxacin 0.06-128 mg/L,norfloxacin 0.25->128 mg/L,pefloxacin 0.25-128 mg/L,sarafloxacin 0.06-128 mg/L,difloxacin 0.06->128 mg/L,oxfloxacin 0.25-128 mg/L,flueroxacin 0.5-128 mg/L,lomefloxacin 0.25->128 mg/L,amoxycillin 0.06->128 mg/L,gentamicin 0.06->128 IU/mL,benzylpenicillin<0.06->128 IU/mL and streptomycin 0.5->128 IU/mL respectively.Dairy cattle infected with clinical mastitis were divided into four groups.Clinical cure rates of the four groups were 85%,90%,90% and 90%,with the administration of enrofloxaxin,amoxycillin+clavulanic acid,amoxycillin,benzylpenicillin+streptomycin,respectvely.The bacteriological cure rates were 58.8%,66.7%,50% and 50%,respectively.The average treatment duration was 4.4,5.0,4.3 and 3.6 d,respectively.
