摘 要:为发展 DNA标记技术在种子纯度鉴定上的应用 ,对 12个目前在生产上大面积推广的水稻杂交种进行了 SSR纯度鉴定。筛选出一批在常用亲本上具有较高多态性的 SSR引物 ,并与田间纯度鉴定结果进行比较研究。结果表明 :SSR鉴定的平均纯度与田间鉴定结果无显著差异 ,SSR可以用于杂交水稻种子纯度鉴定。In order to develop the application of DNA fingerprinting technique on testing the seeds Purity,Twelve varieties of hybrid rice popularized widely in china were chosen to test their seeds purity by SSR. Some high polymorphic SSR primers were screened between the parents of hybrid rice, and the results of seeds purity by SSR testing and by morphological identification. The results show that no significant difference was found between the two methods, so the SSR technique can be applied to identify the seeds purity of hybrid rice.
