摘　　要：阐述了发达国家关于数字图书馆的研究现状和我国在这一领域的研究进展,分析了数字图书馆的体系结构、特点、功能及其关键技术,提出对中国数字图书馆研究的几点见解,指出目前我国有关数字图书馆建设涉及的问题与解决措施。This paper expounds the present situation of research on digital library in foreign developed countries and research progress of China in this field, analyses on the system structure, features, functions and key techniques of digital library, puts forward some opinions on the research on Chinese digital library, and points out the problems dealing with the construction of digital library in China and corresponding solving measures.
