摘　　要：地震救生医治是大震反应中的首要任务,也是政府最重要的职能之一。把握各反应阶段救援职能的特点,将有助于对地震突发事件的快速反应。本文围绕震情发展的预期进程,提出了政府在大震反应中的救治职能。The work of lifesaving and medical treatment is the most important task in response to large earthquakes and is one of the most important functions of the government as well. Having a good grasp of the characteristics of rescue function in various response stages will contribute to the rapid response to a sudden earthquake event.In this paper,the authors point out the government functions of lifesaving and medical treatment in response to large earthquakes with reference to the expected course of development of earthquake situation.
