摘　　要：社会治安是政府部门大震反应中的主要职能之一。本文分析了地震社会治安的特点及其对策,并围绕震情发展的预期进程研究了政府治安职能部门对重大灾害性地震的响应。Social public security is one of the main functions of government departments in response to large earthquakes.This paper analyzes the characteristics of and measures for social public security,and the authors deliberate the respond of government departments for public security to big disastrous earthquakes with reference to the expected course of development of earthquake situation.
