设计监理难以实施的原因浅析

摘　　要：随着工程监理制度的全面推进 ,业主普遍采用了施工监理 ,而设计监理则较少采用 ,本文对设计监理难以实施的原因进行了分析。With the completely pushing forward of the supervision system,the construction supervision is widely adopted by the owner,but the design supervision is seldom adopted by the owner.This paper tries to analyze the reasons why the design supervision is difficult to carry out.
