摘　　要：震情预报包括地震要素预报和震害预测评估,是全部地震减灾工作的基础和政府应急职能体系的最主要部分。本文围绕对灾害性地震孕育过程的监测预报,拟订了政府及其职能部门地震工作的应急对策。The prediction of earthquake situation includes forecasting of earthquake parameters and eva/nation of earthquake disaster.It is also the foundation of the whole earthquake disaster reduction work and the main part of government emergency function system.The paper works out some emergency measures of seismological work of the government and its functional departments with reference to monitoring and prediction of seismogenic process of disastrous earthquakes.
