摘  要:以松节油为原料、H4SO2为催化剂进行水合反应的研究。采用超声波辅助,强化了松节油水合反应的非均相传质过程,由单纯型搜索法优化了影响水合反应的因素,得到最佳的反应条件为:反应时间17h,H4SO2浓度30%(质量分数),松节油和H4SO2的质量比为1:1.72,水合萜二醇的收率为94.82%;通过效应分析法发现,超声波影响下对松节油水合反应影响最大的因素是酸浓度,其次是油酸比和反应时间。The hydration reaction of turpentine catalyzed with r^SQj was studied. The non - homogeneous phase mass transfer has been enhanceed by ultrasound, and factors which influence the hydration reaction were optimized by the simlex search method. The optimum reaction conditions have been attained as follows: reaction time of 17hr, H2SO4 concentation of 30wt% , turpentine/H2SO4 weight ratio of 1:1.72, and under these conditions the yield of turpine hydrate was up to 94.82% . The results showed that the most significant factor on hydration reaction was the concentration of acid, and the follows were ratio of oil to acid and reaction time.
