摘　　要：球头铣刀是加工复杂曲面的重要工具 ,等螺距螺旋刃口的球头铣刀则具有易于制造的优势 .在给出回转铣刀求等螺距铣刀刃口的通用几何模型基础上 ,根据初始条件和连接处连续条件 ,给出了球面后接柱面这种常见的球头铣刀的连续刃口设计模型 ,并就沟型设计、磨用砂轮设计等NC加工有关的问题研究提供了处理方案 。A design model is established for the continuous blade of a common milling cutter with a sphere linking up a cylinder which satisfied with the initial condition and the continuous condition at the joint to give the current geometrical model about the isobaric pitch blade of the milling cutter through the rotary milling cutter. furthermore the dealing plan for the study about the design problem of both ditch shape and grinding wleel is provided to give a reference for the design and manufacture of spherical milling cutters.
