摘　　要：应用通用建模语言技术 ,在建立虚拟企业信息系统中 ,对虚拟企业信息系统开发过程中采取的手段和方式进行了研究 ,对虚拟企业的协作过程需求和领域进行了分析 ,并通过实证研究 ,证明利用通用建模语言的建模机制对虚拟企业信息系统中协作信息建模是可行的 。In order to guarantee the establishment of an unassailable position for enterprises in keen competition, the management modes of enterprises must be improved to meet the needs of this kind of modern enterprises. A unified modeling language is used to set up a virtual enterprise's information system. The virtual enterprise course demand and field of enterprise is analysed. It is proved feasible that a commonly used modeling mechanism is used to operate the virtual enterprise information system.
