摘　　要：本文阐述了ISP工艺的主要优点和替代竖罐炼锌的合理性 。This paper describes the major advantages of the ISPand explains the reason to replace the vertical retort method with ISP.The main design improvements are given in the paper based on the experience of other ISP smelters.
