摘　　要：采用新设计的 4% Cr材料 ,用于制造铝板轧机用粗轧工作辊 ,并采用特殊的热处理工艺保证轧辊具有较深的淬硬层深度 。The new developing 4%Cr materials has been applied to produce the roughing working roll for aluminum sheet mill, and the specific heat treatment process has been adopted in order to ensure the mill roll with deeper depth of hardening zone.
