摘 要:开发可替代污染环境、侵蚀设备的传统含氟渣的新渣系—连铸结晶器无氟保护渣是保护渣新课题。结晶器无氟保护渣加入氟的替代熔剂 ,其特性不同于传统含氟渣。而且由于结晶器无氟保护渣对凝固壳的吸热加大了渣圈的形成 ,因此无氟问题一直没有得到真正解决。本文论述含氟渣的特点及无氟保护渣的发展现状 。The Free-F - mold powder is a new topic, which can replace the traditional mold powder to relief environmental contamination. Because of addition substitution of fluoride, and due to the excessive heat transfer of free-F - mold powder between mold and shell, that enhances the flux rim. Therefore, free fluorine in mold flux has been a problem awaiting solutionl The character of traditional mold powder and the development of free-F - mold powder have been described, then some suggestions on future research works have been proposed in this paper.
