摘　　要：分析了武钢第一炼钢厂脱硫铁水罐罐底严重冲蚀的原因及相应的对策。通过一系列实验室试验 ,垫补浇注料可认为是较好的罐底耐火材料。工业试验和应用表明 ,采用垫补浇注料提高了脱硫铁水罐罐底寿命 。This paper analyses the reason of serious erosion of desulfuration hot metal ladle bottom at № 1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO and corresponding countermeasures. Through a series of laboratory experiment, padding castable is considered to be good as refractory for the ladle bottom. Industrial test and application showed that the service life of desulfuration hot metal ladle bottom was prologed to a great extent due to using the padding castable, which brought about obvious benefits.
