摘　　要：介绍了采用转炉—连铸—型材轧机工艺流程生产 60Si2Mn弹簧扁钢 ,采取拉碳法脱碳、钢包底吹氩及喂丝、保护浇铸、合理控制拉速等有效的措施 ,解决了生产中存在的质量问题 ,生产出了符合GB12 2 2The present paper introduces the process route'LD-Continuous Casting-Bar Mill ' for the spring flat 62Si2Mn.In order to solve the quality problems and prod uc e the spring flat in conformity of standard 'GB1222-84' and meet the customer s' requirements many effective measures have been adopted such as decarburisatio n by catch-carbon method, ladle botom Ar-injection and wire feeding, protectiv e casting and reasonable control of the casting speed during the steel-making p rocess.
