摘　　要：安钢“系列阳光采购法”是物资供应处在原有的“邀请招标”基础上发展创新而成 ,包括“直接招标法”、“功能计价法”、“即时招标法”和“挂牌采购法”等八种。本文介绍了这些方法的基本内容、创立与发展的过程及其应用。Angang 'series sunny purchasing method' is developed based on the original 'inviting tenders' of material supply department ,it includs 'direct tender method'?'functional valuation method'?'prompt tender method' and 'put up plate purchasing method' etc. This article introduced the basic content,creation and development of these methods.
