摘　　要：介绍了安钢水铁通过合理利用现场布局 ,确定本体结构方案、优化竖炉炉型 ,改进大水梁、导风墙、炉内砌砖、二冷进风方式及除尘系统改为电除尘等措施 ,实现 1号竖炉本体优化改造的情况。通过试验有机钠化膨润土及采取其他措施 。The major rebuild of SHUIYE №1 shaft furnace,which was conducted including reasonably utilizing the job-site and deciding the shaft furnace structure,optimizing the furnace type,improving big water beam,wind guiding wall,masonry,second wind incoming manner,and to modifying the dedusting system to EP system ect.,was presented in this paper.Through to use organic sodium-activated bentonite and to utilize other measurements,the quanlity and quatity of pellets were improved.
