摘　　要：　针对煤矿企业安全管理现状,提出运用计算机网络技术存储、查询、传输、分析、发布安全信息,及时发现事故隐患、动态处理事故信息,全息、全过程、动态监测生产过程和生产环境,规范操作人员和安全管理人员的行为,达到实现安全生产的目的。Aimed to the present situation of coal mine safety management, author expounded how to apply the computer net technology (saving, inquiring, transmitting, analyzing and publishing safety information) to find the hidden accident and the dynamical process to deal with accident on time, to monitor the production course and circumstances, and to normal the action of operators and managers in order to achieve the aim of safety production.
