环形光束的聚焦性质研究

摘　　要：从理想的环形光束出发 ,理论上分析了环形聚焦光束在焦点附近的光强分布情况 ,以及光束内外径之比对聚焦性质的影响 .然后利用数值模拟的手段 ,研究了带软化因子的环形光束的聚焦性质 ,在整体上给出了环形光束的聚焦性质 .Using theoretic analysis,the focusing properties of an ideal annular beam are given. The intensity distribution near the focal point is given explicitly to show the influence of the ratio of inner to outer radius. A practice soft-edge annular beam is also studied numerically and the similar properties are obtained to confirm our analysis.
