摘 要:目的 了解医院室内空气细菌污染状况。方法 2002年6月在浙江某城市医院6个科室及室外用沉降法距地面1.5 m高度采空气样,每周1 d,每天2次,连采3周。用GB9671-1996的医院候诊室卫生标准和GB 15982-1995的Ⅲ类环境空气卫生标准来评价室内空气细菌污染状况。结果 候诊室、输液室、换药室、儿科病房、内科病房、办公室和医院室外空气细菌总数分别为5.9-27.4、2.3-11.0、0.9-11.2、3.3-8.0、2.4~9.7、2.5~8.0和4.6~25.7 cfu/皿,空气溶血性链球菌及草绿色链球菌分别为0.6-2.4、0.4-1.3、0-0.5、0.1~0.5、0.2~0.5、0~0.7和0.1-2.5 cfu/皿,且各采样点均检出β溶血细菌。结论 该医院室内空气溶血性链球菌及草绿色链球菌的污染应引起重视。Objective To understand the indoor air pollution by bacteria in hospital. Methods The air sampling was performed at the height of 1.5 m above the ground in 6 departments of an urban hospital and outside by sedimentation method in June, 2002, 2 times per day, one day per week, continuously for 3 weeks. The data were evaluated by GB9671-1996 Sanitary Standard for Waiting Room of Hospital and GB15982-1995 Sanitary Standard for Environmental Air of Grade b!. Results The total counts of bacteria in air of waiting room, injection room, dressing room, pediatric ward, ward of internal medicine, doctor's office and outdoors were 5.9-27.4, 2.3-11.0, 0.9-11.2, 3.3-8.0, 2.4-9.7, 2.5-8.0 and 4.6-25.7 cfu per plate respectively, the total counts of Streptococcus viridans and Streptococcus hemolyticus in air were 0.6-2.4, 0.4-1.3, 0-0.5, 0.1-0.5, 0.2-0.5, 0-0.7 and 0.1-2.5 cfu per plate respectively, p-hemolytic bacteria were found in all air samples. Conclusion The indoor air pollution by Streptococcus viridans and Streptococcus hemolyticus should be paid more attention to.
