摘 要:太原市在缺水城市中具有一定代表性。该市地下水超采严重,未施行分质供水,水价偏低,浪费严重。认为仅靠节水不能解决根本问题,充分利用雨水资源才能取得很好的经济、生态和社会效益。该市年内降水集中,其中60%被无效蒸发,若发展1 000km2集雨面积,则可解决全市1年的工业用水。建议加大投入,强化工程配套,鼓励用水大户自建集雨工程,回灌废弃的中浅井,增加雨水的入渗。Taiyuan is a typical example of water deficiency city in China.Ground water has been seriously superextracted for a long time and water resource is extravagant in the city because water-supplying was not based on water quality.Water price is low relatively.So,the fundamental problem cannot be solved only by way of saving wter.We must make full use of rainwater resources to obtain economical,ecological and social benefits.The annual rainfall is concentrated and about60%of rainwater is ineffectively evaporated in this area.If we can develop1000km2to collect rainfall,the annual industrial water of the city can be solved,Therefore,we suggest increasing investment,intensifying conveyance system,and encouraging big water consumer to build water collecting project to accumulate rainwater into middle-shallow wells,and to increase rainwater of infiltration.
