石鲽与牙鲆人工杂交的研究

摘　　要：研究了石鲽 (♂ )与牙鲆 (♀ )的人工杂交 ,杂交后代经7个多月的养殖 ,许多生物学特征较牙鲆、石鲽发生了较大变异。在全长相同的情况下 ,杂交鱼的体高比牙鲆体高增加了6%、比石鲽体高增加了4.2% ,其体质量以及成活率也都分别比牙鲆、石鲽的高。其杂种优势明显。InstituteofOceanology,ChineseAcademyofSciences,Qingdao,266071) (2 ShandongXunshanMarineScience &TechnologyLimitedCompany,Rongcheng,264316) Thehybridizationbetweenstoneflounder(Kareiusbicoloratus,♂)andoliveflounder(Paralichthysolivaceus,♀)by artificialmethodwasstudied.Afterculturedforsevenmonthes,manybiologicalcharactersofthefilialgenerationmuch variedcomparedwiththoseoftheirparents.Underthesametotallength,thedepthofhybridizationwas6 %morethanthat ofoliveflounder,and4.2 %morethanthatofstoneflounder.Andalso,theirweightsandsurvivalrateswerehigherthan thoseofoliveflounderandstoneflounder,respectively.Therefore,thefilialgenerationhasobvioussuperdominance.
