对梳棉附加分梳板针布齿条前角的理论探讨

摘　　要：分析了附加分梳板针布齿条按分梳作用配置时产生的凝聚效果 ,提出了附加分梳部件的针布齿条前角应根据剌辊与锡林转速而定 ,转速高 ,针布齿条前角可大 ,转速低 ,针布齿条前角宜小。指出附加分梳板增强了分梳效果 ,减少了弯钩纤维 ,提高了生产中纤维的伸直度 ,减少了牵伸不匀 。Analysis is done to the agglomeration effect from the configuration of carding effect of additional carding machine. It is advisable to select the front angle of card wires for additional caring machine in relation to the velocity of taker in rollers and the cylinders. The higher the velocity, the bigger the front angle and vice versa. The paper concludes itself that additional carding is essential in enhancing the carding effect, reducing the curved fiber, heightening the straightness of fiber, and reducing the unevenness of draft for better yarn forming.
