船舶投资多目标的综合评价模型

摘　　要：根据船舶投资的特点,建立船舶投资评价指标,包括经济评价指标、投资机会损失评价指标和投资效用评价指标;以投资满意度最大为目标函数,建立了多目标综合评价模型,从船队总体角度对船舶投资进行综合评价,对投入船舶种类、吨位、数量、融资方式和投资方式进行决策.其中,在经济评价指标的计算上,假设船舶为程租方式租出,进行NPV指标计算,以减小以往计算方法的复杂程度和过多的假设条件对该指标计算结果的影响.Based on the characteristic of ship investment, Indices of ship investment evaluation are established, which include economy evaluation index, invest chance expense evaluation index, and invest effectiveness evaluation index. Taken the pleasant degree as the objective function, established the multiobjective synthesis evaluation model of ship investment to evaluate ship invest considering the fleet as a whole, then to make decisions on vessel mould, tonnage, number, financing pattern. As to the economy index in the model presuming vessel chartered on voyage charter for the NPV index calculation, to simplify the converting complexity and the too much hypothesis influencing to the model outcome as always encountered before.
