摘　　要：简述了DSDP、ODP科学钻探计划在深海钻、采方面的成功实践及不足,提出了直接固定在深海海底的天然气水合物钻采工具的基础科学问题及其开发战略。Based on a lot of data collected and surrounding, the topic of resources investigation and the finding of gas hydrate, the successful practices and their shortages of ODP,DSDP and 'Solar'in deep-sea drilling-coring are discussed. Then the article puts forward the basic scientific problems of gas hydrate drilling-coring tools of direct fixed in deep-sea bottom, and three advices of their development strategy.
