贵阳药用植物上的拟茎点霉新种及新记录  

New species and new records of Phomopsis from medicinal plants in Guiyang,China

摘　　要：报道了采自贵阳药用植物上的拟茎点霉(Phomopsis)1个新种及5个中国新记录种,即寄生于海桐(Pittosporumtobira)的海桐生拟茎点霉(Phomopsispittosporicolasp.nov.),寄生于齿裂鞘柄木(Torricelliaangulata)的桃叶珊瑚拟茎点霉(Phomopsisaucubae),寄生于芙蓉花(Hibiscusmutabilis)的棉拟茎点霉(Phomopsisgossypii),寄生于枇杷(Eriobotryajaponica)的休斯拟茎点霉(Phomopsishugh esii),寄生于泡桐(Paulowniafortunei)的冠状拟茎点霉(Phomopsisimperialis)及寄生于黄柏(Cupres susfunebris)的隐藏拟茎点霉(Phomopsisocculta).标本保存于华南农业大学真菌标本室.One new species and five new records of Phomopsis from medicinal plants in Guiyang,China were reported. They are Phomopsis pittosporicola sp. nov. from Pittosporum tobira, P. aucubae from Torricellia angulata, P. gossypii from Hibiscus mutabils, P. hughesii from Eriobotrya japonica, P. imperialis from Paulownia fortunei and P. occulta from Cupressus funebris. Chinese and Latin descriptions for this species and illustrations to the new species and the new records were provided. Comparisons among Phomopsis species from Pittosporaceae, Cirnaceae and Eriobotrya (Rosaceae) were also tabulated. The specimens are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of South China Agricultural University (SCHM), Guangzhou, China.
