摘　　要：封闭带毒素(ZOT)是霍乱弧菌编码的第二个毒素,相对分子质量约45000。zot基因位于鞭毛噬菌体CTXΦ基因组中。ZOT通过激活复杂的细胞间一系列级联反应来调节紧密排列的上皮细胞结构,可逆地调节上皮细胞的通透性,从而影响大分子物质的吸收。ZOT及其人类组织类似物zonulin受体广泛存在于多种组织以及传代细胞中。ZOT与其上皮细胞膜受体的结合位点位于ZOT的118～299氨基酸之间。由于其独特的生物学性质,使用ZOT有可能开辟一种新颖的生物大分子药物口服给药新途径,给制药工业及疫苗工业展示了光明的前景。CAO Yong-chang,BI Ying-zuo (College of Animal Science,South China Agricultural University,Guangzhou 510642,China)Abstact:Zonula occludens toxin(ZOT)is second toxin ela bo rated by Vibrio cholerae,which has a molecular mass of～45kDa.The zot gene i s located within the genome of Vibrio cholerae filamentous phage CTX?.Zot int eracts with the receptor and therefore activities the intracellular signaling,a nd reversibly modulates the structure of the in-tercellular tight junctions,l eading to increases of the permeability of epithelial,and to increases of the a bsorption of macromolecules.It's demonstrated that the recepor of zot and its e ukaryotic analogue zonulin is present in the sever-al tissues,including intes tine,heart and brain,and also in human and murine cell lines,and that zot bin ding to its cellular membrane receptor requires a sequences that spans between a mino acids118and299.According to its specific properties,zot may be appl ied to develop alternative approaches for oral delivery of drugs and macro-mole cules normally not absorbed through th intestine,and used as a powerful mucosa l adjuvants.
