摘 要:采用DRH-1型树脂吸附处理甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI) 生产过程中产生的硝化碱洗废水,原废水中硝基苯类含量为1.6×103mg/L^4.6×103mg/L,COD为2.87×103mg/L^6.38×103mg/L,经酸化沉淀-树脂吸附处理后,出水硝基苯类可达到污水综合排放一级标准,COD为241mg/L^479mg/L,再经催化氧化处理后,COD能稳定在200mg/L重复使用,解吸液蒸馏回收溶剂后,釜内残液中含生产TDI的中间体达50%以上。The wastewater arising from the nitration and alkaline wash stage in the toluene discarnate manufacture was treated by adsorption with DRH-1 resin. Treated by the acidic sedimentation and resin-adsorption, the COD in the original wastewater was reduced from 2.87×103~6.38×103mg/L to 241~479mg/L, and the nitrobenzene was reduced to a level in agreement with the effluent-quality standard of the first grade. Moreover, the COD could steadily be retained below 200mg/L after a further cataly[(t)0(i)]c oxidation. The resin could be reused after its desorbing treatment, and a residual solution containing more than 50% intermediates for TDI production could be obtained from the desorption solution following the recovery of solvents by its distillation.
