摘 要:低碘饲料喂养的第二代Wistar母鼠,产子后根据其母鼠饮水中KIO3的质量浓度(3 0,0 4,0mg/L),将其分为高碘,适碘和缺碘三组,另用正常鼠饲以低碘饲料和0 4mg/LKIO3+超纯水作为对照组,用超热中子活化法测定第三代幼鼠甲状腺中的碘含量,并用酶联免疫法测定血清中甲状腺激素水平。实验结果表明,与对照组相比,高碘组的总四碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT4)和游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)明显偏低(p<0.001),游离的三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)明显偏高(p<0.001),其第三代幼鼠的体重也明显增高,并伴有甲肿,但甲状腺含碘量无显著差别;适碘组的甲状腺质量、总含碘量和血清激素水平均无显著差别。实验还表明,妊娠期缺碘母鼠产后及时补碘,仔鼠甲状腺中的碘含量和血清甲状腺激素持正常水平。但过量补碘反而引起TT4和FT4水平低下和甲肿。The second generation female Wistar rats that have been treated with iodinedeficient food,after their delivery,are divided into three groups i.e.excessiveiodine(EI),adequateiodine(AI) and iodinedeficient(ID) according to the KIO3 concentration in the drinking water(3.0,0.4,0 mg/L). In addition,the normal rats with low iodine food and 0.4 mg/L KIO3 water are used as the control group (C).The iodine content in thyroid and the serum thyroid hormone levels of the third generation rats are measured by means of epithermal neutron activation analysis (ENAA),and the method of enzymelinked immunosoerbert assay (ELISA),respectively. The results indicate that the total thyroxine (TT4) and the free thyroxine (FT4) of the EI,compared with those of the controls,are significantly decreased (p<0.001),whereas the free triiodothyronine(FT3) evidently increased (p<0.001).The body weight of the third generation weanling rat of EI is seriously reduced and their thyroid is swollen,but the total iodine content in thyroid is not altered.There is no significant difference between AI and C in the thyroid weight,iodine content and serum hormone levels.This study also indicates that if mother rats suffering iodine deficiency in gestation period gets an adequate iodine intake soon after delivery,an normal iodine level would be found in the body of her baby rat.However,excessive iodine intake may result in low levels of TT4,FT4 and goiter.
