摘　　要：本篇介绍了矿产资源和水资源地质调查项目的社会、经济效益评价内容、方法和评价指标体系。内容包括资源型地质调查项目对国家自然资源潜力增强、区域投资源环境改善、区域生产结构调整、区域经济增长以及人口就业等方面的潜在贡献 。This article is tha last in the serial public of Geologic Survey Program Evaluation. The program evaluation of mineral and water resources is mainly discussed. The contents include the potential contributes of the geologic resources survey to natural resource potentialities, regional investment environment, regional industry improvement,regional economics devolopment and population and employment. Apprasial indexes of social, ecomic, resource.and environmental benefits are established. A model of synthetic evaluation is advanced.
