WTO对我国耕地总量平衡可能产生的冲击及对策

摘　　要：我国加入WTO后 ,必然要调整农业政策 ,改变农产品的进出口状况。本文分析了目前我国农业在参与国际竞争中的不利因素及对耕地总量平衡产生的冲击 ,并提出了相应的对策 ,认为要控制粮食进口规模 ,支持生产区粮食生产 ,推进农业结构调整步伐 ,防治耕地减少 。After joining the WTO, imports and exports of agricultural products should be revised through the adjustment of agricultural policy. Some disadvantage of agriculture in the international competition and its possible impact on the balance of total amount of plowland in our country are analyzed. And corresponding countermeasures are bring forward in the paper, namely, control the amount of foodstuff import, support the product of foodstuff-product area, speed the adjustment of agricultural structure, prevent and cure the land reduction, enhance the competitive power of agricultural products.
