摘 要:目前纺织厂一般使用间歇式煮浆装置,煮成的浆液在使用时因其温度、质量分数、粘度等参数不能保持与浆纱机浆槽中的浆液一致,故浆液质量差,为此设计了连续式煮浆装置.将熟浆连续输入浆纱机,生浆不断补入,浆液随煮随用,保证了其新鲜与粘附力强,且浆液各参数与浆槽中浆液一致,使浆纱质量有较大的提高.设计的实验装置既能保证煮熟浆液,又达到了质量要求.The temperature, concentration and viscosity of cooked size in the intermittent cooker available now can not keep the same as that of size in slasher. This paper presents a design of the continuing cooker. The cooked size is pumped continuously into slasher, and thus is the uncooked size into cooker. The size is fresh, strong adhesion and all parameters of size are the same as that of size in size box. The quality of sizing yarn is also improved. The size can be boiled ripening in the experimental device, and its quality meets with the demands. It is a project worth while researching and experimenting further.
