摘 要:采用廉价的多细胞绿藻孔石莼对重金属镉离子进行吸附,研究了孔石莼不同粒度、溶液pH值,Cd2+初始质量浓度对吸附特性的影响.同时对吸附机理进行了初步探讨,发现溶液中的镉离子与孔石莼中的钙离子发生离子交换作用,交换率占总吸附量的33%.pH值对吸附的影响不明显,即使在pH=1.11的酸性条件下,仍有较高的吸附量(19.40mg/g).在本实验条件下得到的孔石莼的最大吸附量为137.4mg/g,并得出了适宜的吸附Freundlich等温线方程.Ulva pertusa as a biosorbent is investigated in this paper under the conditions of the different sizes, pH, and initial cadmium concentration. Cadmium adsorption is not obviously dependent on pH. Even at low pH of 1.11, Ulva pertusa has relatively high cadmium uptake of 19.40 mg/g, which is different from other algae. The maximum cadmium uptake is 137.4 mg/g higher than that of other reported documents using Sargassum and Laminaris japonica as biosorbents. The cadmium concentration lower than 200 mg/L is appropriate to the adsorption with Ulva pertusa. Results demonstrate the existence of ion exchanges between Ca2+ in Ulva pertusa and Cd2+ in solution. The results also show that the uptake ratio produced by ion exchange between Ca2+ and Cd2+ is about 33% of total Cd2+ uptake. Freundlich equation best models the adsorption processes. A preliminary elution has been carried out.
