摘  要:采用廉价的多细胞绿藻孔石莼对重金属镉离子进行吸附,研究了孔石莼不同粒度、溶液pH值,Cd2+初始质量浓度对吸附特性的影响.同时对吸附机理进行了初步探讨,发现溶液中的镉离子与孔石莼中的钙离子发生离子交换作用,交换率占总吸附量的33%.pH值对吸附的影响不明显,即使在pH=1.11的酸性条件下,仍有较高的吸附量(19.40mg/g).在本实验条件下得到的孔石莼的最大吸附量为137.4mg/g,并得出了适宜的吸附Freundlich等温线方程.Ulva pertusa as a biosorbent is investigated in this paper under the conditions of the different sizes, pH, and initial cadmium concentration. Cadmium adsorption is not obviously dependent on pH. Even at low pH of 1.11, Ulva pertusa has relatively high cadmium uptake of 19.40 mg/g, which is different from other algae. The maximum cadmium uptake is 137.4 mg/g higher than that of other reported documents using Sargassum and Laminaris japonica as biosorbents. The cadmium concentration lower than 200 mg/L is appropriate to the adsorption with Ulva pertusa. Results demonstrate the existence of ion exchanges between Ca2+ in Ulva pertusa and Cd2+ in solution. The results also show that the uptake ratio produced by ion exchange between Ca2+ and Cd2+ is about 33% of total Cd2+ uptake. Freundlich equation best models the adsorption processes. A preliminary elution has been carried out.
