摘　　要：目的 :探讨椎体间植骨融合结合 SARF内固定术治疗单节段腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法 :回顾性分析1997年 10月～ 1999年 10月共 5 2例行腰椎后路 SARF内固定手术的腰椎滑脱症患者。术后随访时采用 JOA评分的恢复率以评判临床疗效。结果 :经平匀 3 2个月 (2 0～ 42个月 )的随访 ,所有患者均获得骨性融合。术后 1年时 JOA评分恢复率为 66.7%± 2 2 .8% ,最终随访时的恢复率为 73 .7%± 2 0 .0 %。结论 :椎体间融合结合 SARF内固定术治疗单节段腰椎滑脱症 ,有良好的疗效 ,并具有操作简单 。Objective:To investigate the surgical results of posterior lumbar interbody fusion with SARF internal fixation for one-level lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:There were fifty-two patients of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with posterior interbody fusion and SARF internal fixation between 1997 and 2000.Clinical status was evaluated by the recovery rate of the Japanese Orthopdic Association(JOA)score.Results:The average follow-up time was 32 months (20-42months).All patients had solid osseous union.Recovery rates were 66.7% ± 22.8 % and 73.7%±20.0% at I year after surgery and at final follow-up respectively.Conclusion:SARF internal fixation and lumbar interbody fusion with can yield a solid union with satisfactory surgical results.It had the advantages of simple manipulation and reliable fixation.
