癫痫型脑囊虫病的临床及脑电图分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨癫痫型脑囊虫病的临床特点及脑电图特征。方法　对 483例癫痫型脑囊虫病患者的临床表现及脑电图资料进行统计分析。结果　 483例住院癫痫型脑囊虫病的发病年龄以青壮年为主 (69.3 6% ) ,男性多于女性 ,农民发病率最高 (67.70 % ) ;发作类型为全身强直阵挛发作 2 96例 ,强直阵挛发作持续状态 3 2例 ,癫痫不发作 17例 ,单纯部分性发作 97例 ,复杂部分性发作 41例 ;脑电图正常 10 2例 ,异常 3 81例 ,在异常脑电图中有 2 13例主要表现为弥漫性慢波波活动 ,168例为局限性慢波活动 ,5 3例为散在或阵发行棘、尖波或棘、尖慢综合波。结论　癫痫型脑囊虫病主要以全身强直阵挛发作为主 ;Objective To explore the characteristics of clinical and EEGs in patients with epileptic cerebral cysticercosis. Methods Statistical analysis of clinical and EEG dats were done in 483 patients with epileptic cerebral cysticercosis. Results Young and middle-aged peasants took the majority,and males were much more thean females in all patients.The types of epileptic seizures included 296 generalized tonic clonic seizures,32 tonic-clonic epilepticus,17 petit mal,97 simple partial seizures,41 complex partial seizures.Normal EEGs were found in 102 and abnormal ones in 381 patients.The abnormal EEGs mainly showed diffuse slow waves in 213 patients ,slow waves localized in one hemisphere in 168,epileptiform discharges were found only in 53 of the 381 patients. Conclusions The types of epileptic seizures mainly showed generalized tonic-clonic seizures.EEG changes maimly showed diffuse and local slow waves.
