矿山工业4.0与“互联网+矿业”:内涵、架构与关键问题

摘　　要：21世纪以来,虽然全球工业生产都逐渐放慢了脚步,但一个新的发展理念,亦即"互联网+"和"工业4.0"初露端倪并引导着全球工业新秩序的形成。对矿山工业来说,以矿山工业高度网络化、大数据化、协同工作、分布式服务为特征的"互联网+矿业"和"矿山工业4.0"是矿山工业实现安全、高效、绿色、可持续发展的必由之路,也是矿山工业发展的具有未来确定性的新方向。其战略框架与具体部署模型为"一个最终目标、一个战略主题、四项支撑技术和四个具体表现";其关键问题要解决管理模式的转变与创新、建立矿山工业信息化标准体系、发展信息化支撑技术、建设矿业协同大数据平台等;其实现过程是矿山工业从生产技术、企业管理到产业链组合、行业部署的全方位的转型和升级,是以"互联网+"和"工业4.0"为引擎的矿山工业的产业革命。最终实现矿山工业4.0描述的矿山工业生产智能化、矿山工业管理高效化、矿山产业互联化和矿山工业决策数据化。Although global industrial production has been slow since the beginning of the twenty first century,a new idea of development named 'internet plus mining industry' and 'mining industry 4.0' has emerged and been guiding the formation of the new global industry order.Internet plus mining industry and mining industry 4.0characterized by high-degree networking,large-volume digitalization,cooperative work and distributed service is the road leading to safe,efficient,green and sustainable development for mining industry,and it serves as the new direction of the mining industry development with future certainty.The strategic framework and specific deployment model encompasses one ultimate goal,one strategic theme,four supporting technologies,and four concrete representations.The key problems to be solved include changing and innovating the management mode,establishing an informatization standard system,developing information supporting technologies,and creating a cooperative big data platform for mining industry etc. The realization process is an all-round transformation and upgrade of mining industry from perspectives of manufacture technology,enterprise management to industrial chains combination and industry deployment.The mining industry revolution launched by internet plus and industry 4.0 will finally realize the described intelligent manufacture,efficient management,interconnection and big-data based decision making.
