摘  要:针对VC轧机的结构特点,在研究了VC辊的空载凸度曲线和负载塌陷位移的基础上,对其板形控制技术进行了定量分析,并以板形为目标对工作辊与支撑辊进行了优化设计,解决了现场生产冰箱侧板等薄规格产品时出现双边浪的板形缺陷问题,取得了显著经济效益。Against the structure feature of VC mill and based on the research of noload crown curve and load collapse displacement of VC roll,this paper quantitatively analyzed the shape control technology of VC mill,and had a optimum design of working roll and backup roll for with the aim of shapeIt reduced the shape defects of double sided waves easily emerged during the field production of thin specification product such as refrigerator side sheet and etc., and has gained obvious economic efficiency
