摘　　要：分析了Φ250mm机组因冷床摔直板固定结构存在问题,导致摔直板错位,影响钢材质量。通过改进摔直板结构、支撑钢梁及其固定方式,选择合理参数,使钢材弯曲度小于2mm/m,顶钢弯钢事故减少。The existing problems of the fixed structure of fallingstraight plate of cooling bed of Φ250mm mills were analyzed which caused the miss opposition of fallingstraight plate and affected the product qualityBy improving the structure and fixed type of fallingstraight plate and sellecting reasonable parameters,the bending of product is smaller than 2mm/m,and the accidents of jackingup steel and bending of rolled pieces were obviously decreased
