摘  要:微生物浸出煤中锗的工艺涉及微生物分解煤中的有机锗络合物和从煤上解吸锗两个过程。讨论了微生物分解 浸出煤中锗的工艺及原理 ,试验研究了影响因素 ,得出浸出的主要工艺参数。微生物分解 :温度 40℃ ,时间 8d ;回流浸出 :温度 10 5℃ ,最小回流量 6柱床体积。锗的总浸出率可达 85 %。The technology of leaching germanium from lignite by microorganism includes the following two stages: (1) breaking down of the germanium complex of humus in lignite into some simple compounds assisted by microorganism; (2) desorption of the germanium compounds from the lignite. The method and principle of the technology are discussed. The factors affecting leaching and desorption, were carried out and the optimized process parameters were obtained. The breaking down parameters are suggested as temperature 40 ℃, time 8 days. The desorption parameters are suggested as temperature 105 ℃, minimum volume 6 time of column. The recovery of germanium from lignite can reach about 85%.
