摘　　要：分析了塑料轴承保持器的工艺性 ,详细介绍了其八面抽芯的特殊模具结构 ,并指出了设计中应注意的问题 ,同时说明了模具的工作过程 ,简单地介绍了关键部件的工艺要求 ,实践表明 ,该模具结构灵活、可靠 ,并能保证产品质量 。The technology of the plastic supporter of bearing was analyzed. The eight sides pulling core structure of the injection mould was introduced in detail. The key problems in the mould design were given. The working process of the mould and the technology requirement in manufacturing of the key parts of the mould were described. It shows that the mould structure is flexible,reliable and can ensure the product quality. The design is important reference to the kind of supporter of bearing.
